Obviously Daniels’ level of play has gotten much better since the first half of the Arkansas game where he was throwing passes into the ground on 5 yard slants and still being hesitant to throw the ball downfield. Since he connected with Thomas on that long pass right before the half of that game JD has been playing amazing. This doesn’t mean that the people wanting Nuss to get some PT before Daniels flipped the switch were out of line.

Yea, looks like Nussmeier has really helped JD alot. When you put talented players together on a team, they work together, look at film together and talk through their thought process together -- it elevates the play of both of them.

I'm glad JD's adding some of that gunslinger mentality into his QB play.
