This. Not sure what hamas things they will gain here. Killing/beating/abducting citizens doesn’t make for good PR. Israel can handle this without any outside help. The only thing that usually limits Israel is world backlash. With the world seeing these videos world push for Israel to temper their reaction will be muted……

Pushed by Iran to do it. Probably trying to put a dent in the Abraham Accords.
IDF goes balls deep in response and a lot of the Arab countries that had been softening their views and recognizing/working with Israel start to pull back on that.
