There were some really sweet girls that worked there, especially pre-Covid, who busted their arse and were just generally cool. I didn't mind tipping a couple of them well but not to the tune of thousands

I've tipped waitresses $20 that weren't mine because I saw them busting arse for other tables.
Word gets around fast amongst servers when you aren't a stingy douche. Everyone at my watering hole knows that when you can't see beer above my hand (Guinness glass, so your pinky goes at the bottom) they just send it.
