I truly have a hard time understanding how a family of 4., drives a 75-100 k suv and i am assuming the other family vehicle is paid for.
Lives in a 400k plus house, 2 kids in private school. Takes multiple trips a year and supports their kids extracurricular activities. Even grossing 300k a year as a family can’t leave much to be putting up for retirement.
Even if it’s family money it’s like folks are spending their inheritance now with no thought of the future.
If you got it though hey I’m. It upset it’s your money you earned it do what you want !
I know this isn’t everyone and know there a lot of families who make a lot of sacrifices to provide for their families.
Still mind boggling when you read and see the # of people drowning financially.

Most are over leveraged at that point and Lord help them if their income takes a hit.
There are the exceptions that can afford that lifestyle and cheers to them.

I have a 2020 ram that is paid for, had a Karen on her phone pull out in front of me yesterday. Almost plowed right into her before she realized it and stopped.
The rest of the way home I was pissed at the thought of having to get a new vehicle

Do you have any idea how few households gross even $250k or more? It's 8%, nationally. That's 1 out of 12.
Median household is around $75k. As little as $135k puts you in the top 25%.
