Im not so sure. The conviction with the wife has nothing to do with her. You think the victim is gonna want to testify again? Especially knowing all of her now known ‘experiences’ will get hammered by the defense for the jury to hear.

I could see a plea being offered to a lesser charge with credit for the times she already served so they can close the book on this.
