Same for the DL who was not "hurt" near the LOS on an LSU play...but was suddenly hurt after running 60 yards to the new LOS after a big gain by LSU.

No question. If any player (except the QB) causes a stoppage of play because of injury that player should not be allowed to re-enter the game for the remainder of the series.

Don’t exempt the QB from this. If he’s hurt bad enough to have to stop the game, he can’t come back in until next possession.

I think we are talking about the same play. I thought it was inside the 10 but I could be wrong but it was definitely after a big play where we were trying to go fast.

This doesn't seem like a hard concept to implement, I wonder why its never been addressed?
