You don't decide the correctness of removing a player by the anticipated effect it will have on your season.

Yes, I realize this is "idealist" but I refuse to say that just cause we ended up really needing him, that removing him was a bad idea.

If the coach felt he needed to be removed, I'm kind of glad he didn't use the player's necessity to affect that choice.

No. It gave Miles a convenient excuse for having 5 horrible losses and several close calls against teams from the Sunbelt.

Besides that- this is football not Sunday school. From what was made public there was no reason to dismiss him for trivial infractions like entering a casino underage and fighting at a nightclub.
