Before Blooom 401k decided to shutter and sellout, I used their service to analyze my company 401k. Is there anything similar out there that you all would suggest? Just looking for something/someone other than myself who is more knowledgeable to give suggestions for changes. Watching my numbers currently tank over the last few weeks, but still have plenty time (20yrs). Just want to make sure I'm invested intelligently for where I am. Thanks in advance!

Good time to up your contributions! If you already max out, check to see if your company offers mega backdoor Roth.

How does that work within a 401k?

I max out my regular and Roth contributions, then I change my contributions to after tax and there is an option to convert them to Roth. Not all companies offer it. Mine does with a Fidelity 401k.

Sounds like it is very limited and specific.

Maybe others can chime in with more information. I don’t know how common it is.

I don't think a lot of plans offer after tax contributions. This is not to be confused with a Roth 401k.

Yeah, I don't plan on lowering contributions. Just more interested in someone/something to look over to my investment mix to make sure I'm maximizing gains when things start looking up.

If you have 20+ years, you should be riding VTSAX for a while.
