It wasn't targeting. No lowering of the helmet. No launching. Barely any helmet to helmet contact. Just a solid hit when Jaydenleft himself exposed.
For the record the "late hit" wasn't late either.

This. Yes live in full speed it looked like potential targeting. But it wasn’t.
That’s my 1 and only complaint about JD this year. He lets too many defenders hit him…hard.
Seems like at least once a game he takes a huge hit that could have been avoided with a slide or going OOB
