Northern Claiborne Co still dry as a bone. We got trace moisture Thursday but not enough to make any difference. However having 120 acres to get planted and the chance of tropical moisture in the forecast I rolled the dice and drilled about 40 acres in our fields along the Big Black as they tend to stay wet longer with less rain. Hopefully it works, waiting on more consistent rain fall going forward but potentially will drill some more this week/weekend.

Supposed to get some decent rain in Liberty this week. Hopefully it softens the soil a bit bc I'm going to disc and plant on Saturday after a morning hunt.
