This is the answer I got when I emailed them.
Thank you for the email regarding our concessions operations, as we are continually evaluating areas to improve our overall concession operations, which Aramark operates.
Before the 2022 season, Aramark emphasized the need for local staffing and local food options.
Aramark increased the number of Non-Profit Groups that worked throughout the stadium. We will try to grow this participation each year as these groups tend to provide the customer service and reliability that our fans deserve. In 2022, we had nearly 30 groups participate.
Regarding the local food options, the following subcontractors operated in Tiger Stadium during the 2022 seasons:
Queen Eats
Louisiana Creole Creations
Leroy’s Lemonade
Tbeaux’s Roux
Tre’s Street Kitchen
The Shed
Lucky Dog
have attached the 2022 maps of the stadium that identify the locations for these vendors. (note that these locations may change for this upcoming season)
Aramark is working to improve and expand these relationships for the 2023 season.
I appreciate your support.
