I also think it’s going to be very difficult to replicate what he’s done. Deion is 1 of 1 in this situation when it comes to fame, branding, etc. you aren’t going to hire someone like him because there is nobody else like him in that profession. And Even if he goes like 2-6 the rest of the way, he has shown that he’s much more as a coach than the things I listed earlier. The fact that he has gotten a team of 80+ new guys to play this well together is impressive. Not many other coaches are going to be able to do that. He also knows enough to hire two really good coordinators and let them do their thing. Teams are for sure going to try and replicate this, but they probably won’t be as successful.
