Those are compounded semaglutides and not Ozempic, Wegovy or Mounjaro. They are unregulated and not FDA approved. Cheap may not always be the way to go. That is where you can grow a third arm.

That’s not true. Those are RX by doctors for Mounjaro and $3200 isn’t cheap.
