It's the indiscriminate killing of breeding stock game fish. Redfish, Tarpon, and other types of fish valued by fisherman are taken out along with the targeted pogeys. The biggest problem is we all allow this to happen. We continue to vote in these people then turn the other way or put our hands out or get in a message board and complain yet don’t actually stand up and sky scream to make it stop. This will be forgotten about next week and some other corrupt scandal will come to light.
