If I have, I wouldn’t go blabbering about it.
I’m told by a friend who should know* that in Chinese culture, if you save someone’s life, you are then responsible for everything they do afterwards.
That includes bad things that they do.
*Lived and worked in a high profile position in China for multiple years.
