I've had an assload of people like you that are doing 52 in a 65 or 70, because you're distracted, absolutely farking up traffic for miles behind you on beltways, interstates, everywhere. You should move to Austin, where they like doing under 20mph in a 35 and wonder why traffic sucks.
Get your face out of your phone, and actively drive. You create more traffic by cutting the vehicle capacity of the road by driving too slow.
None of this should be construed to think I support irresponsible passing, though. Thankfully, in TX, we usually have a passing lane every few miles on two lane roads, particularly where there are agricultural activities that have big trucks merging at low speed on high speed roads. But Louisiana can't do shite, so color me shocked. LA30 has been a high risk road for 30 years. LA has other priorities. Should you spend more money on a BR loop study? Sounds like a plan.
