re: Japanese Maples

ive got a Bloodgood outside my kitchen window on the west side. It's protected from full sun by my carport but still gets quite a bit of sun during the day. Having seen them thrive in cooler climates, mine is nothing compared to those. It's pretty a couple times a year but mostly looks like it could be happier. It gets plenty of water. I think its just too hot
