You can tell me with certainty there were no possible other locations these jobs could have gone? Didn't realize we ha da Shell exec posting here.

Going from a "high rise" building on Poydras to a "Mid Rise" building.

Hmmm. Won't need as many people to fill the space. And the intereding cut outs aren't office space either.

So what One Shell become? besides empty.
