How did she do North Korea?

I saw another YouTuber "travel" to North Korea. They have an agreement with South Korea to let tourist cross the border. The border is in a building and you can only walk a few feet into the country, but I guess it counts.

Don't know if it's still an option post COVID, but you used to be able to take a train from China to Pyongyang and join group tours usually organized by Kiwis. Lots of rules to follow once you are there, but it was doable once upon a time

So if you carry a passport from another country can you go to country the US restricts?

I know you can get a passport from St. Lucia if you deposit a certain amount of money in the country. An American could leave the US and the travel to other country with their St Lucia passport I would think.

Yes, there was an inches wide green stripe delineating North Korea from the ROK in that building. It is affixed to the carpet, and runs across the top of negotiating table.
