Maybe I am wrong, but I can't imagine someone who got knocked up at 18 and dropped out of HS then ran a business had that much knowledge of how our government works. Between raising kids, running a business, dealing with a tattooed dick husband who isn't above whipping it out in public, I would assume she didn't really have time to read and learn about shite. I bet her main motivation was the insurance.
