When questioned by investigators, Gooden admitted he exchanged words with another driver on Siegen Lane before grabbing a .40 Glock handgun and firing a shot at the vehicle. Gooden added that he disposed of the weapon after the shooting.

Considering the hopeless traffic and retard drivers in BR, I’m surprised there aren’t more incidents like this. It’s an extraordinarily frustrating place to drive.

More and more military members nowadays are people that would've gone to work at the DMV or some other lowly public service. I knew some people doing ROTC at LSU and it was horrifying to think they would be officers.
