Hello lads,
I am aware of the various routes to buy tickets via the club, StubHub, livefootball, Facebook, etc., but as you all probably know, it’s difficult to find tickets and you can get scammed.
Does anyone on this board have experience/reviews on what has worked for you?
Does anyone have connections specifically to Liverpool matches?
Thank you,
& go Reds

For the match in Goodison last year, I simply paid $40 or so to become a member of the club, then purchased tix the day they came out. Super simple.

buy tickets via the club
You won’t get scammed
It’s not that hard from the club if you plan properly
Go through the club or an official club resale site

I had a hell of a time finding a ticket at Anfield earlier this year (ETA, directly from the club.) What I ended up having to do was buy a hospitality package to get a ticket. I'd avoid this if you have a choice. I bought the package more than 90 days before the match.
First, you get a hotel banquet lunch and ONE beer (although the subsequent beers I had to pay for were cheap.)
Second, while the bus ride to the game is fine, it would have been faster to walk back after the match.
Third, a lot of the people you are sitting around are from outside the UK (I think I counted 13 languages I heard) on pilgrimage type trips with kids. Not very many know any chants, so it subdues the energy in your seating area a bit. Counterpoint, I think most of the hospitality seating is in the Anfield Road stand, so you're directly across from the Kop.
