So many of these are very easily disproven. JD didn't have a great game but it wasn't a bad game by any stretch of the imagination. His receivers HAVE to play better.
quote:

3rd and goal from the 1. pick play for Brian Thomas who is wide open. doesn't get the ball thrown to him. Great catch by Nabors on an absolutely horrible throw.

Lacy fricked that route up and Daniels had to move onto the second read. Couldn't wait all day for THomas to get out of the screen.
quote:

4th and goal from 1. single coverage on all 4 wideouts, doesn't throw the ball to anyone. I would add i thought they all ran terrible routes, but Lacy would have been an easy TD throw. It's 4th down! You have to throw the ball!

No one was open, should have thrown it anyway.
quote:

end of 1st quarter on a 1st and 10, just a terrible throw to an open guy. Read the blitz right and threw it to the right place, clean pocket, just abysmal throw that was bailed out for a PI call.

Tipped pass where the receiver was held he threw it where Malik would have been.
quote:

Right before the end of the half, wide open Nabors right in front of his face, holds the ball and almost gives up a fumble deep in our own zone.

Nabors is likely the 4th read on this play and he had no time to get the ball to his 4th read.
quote:

just a pathetic throw to an open Nabors for a TD right before the half.

Pretty obvious there was confusion on the route here.
quote:

Last play before 1st half, Nabors is running across the field wide open, good chance to score a TD.

At no point in this play is Nabors open. There's a linebacker in front of and behind him the entire time
quote:

3rd and 10 and punted after this. While this one was a drop, and could have been a TD of Lacy catches it, it's a single high safety with Nabors already beating his man up the right side. Throw the ball up to him. He looks right at him and doesn't throw it.

Nabors isn't running up the right side? He's running to the middle of the field. Lacy scores if he catches the football.
quote:

end of 3rd, just a terribly underthrown ball to a wide open Thomas for a TD.

underthrown ball that still should have been caught.
quote:

3rd and 6 middle of the 3rd, even if Nabors doesn't slip, it was still a terrible throw that would have been intercepted, to a receiver that wasn't going to be open.

bad pass.
