Diet is the biggest part of losing weight even more than whatever workout you are doing keep that in mind. If your calories you eat put you in a surplus the workout doesnt matter alot. Count Macros!

Only a dumbass would downvote this. It’s easy to lose weight on eating right alone. Fact is, if you work out too hard it’s more difficult to lose fat.
