I guess I’m failing to see how a flood at a festival in the desert constitutes a “national emergency.”

I feel like it’s easy to joke about but the reality is 75k people trapped in a mud pit with no way out. You just can’t comprehend how difficult it is to get in and out of. It’s not like a major highway drops you off at the festival.
