What ever size socket is needed for the nut, weld it to a piece of pipe with enough ID to slide over the shaft, and weld whatever means your want to drive it with to the other end.

Have you been able to remove the snap ring (part #070 on diagram)? If so maybe the housing can be removed from shaft while leaving the nut and bearings on the shaft. Not sure if possible without seeing opposite end of bearing housing.
