Seriously, I tried going through the drive-thru. I got to the intercom, they told me to pull up to the window to place my order. Well, there were 3-4 cars in front of me, so I just pulled around, parked and went in.
The little guy behind the counter just stood there and looked at me for about 45 seconds then walked away. Then, the little girl at the fry station came up, stared at me for about 30 seconds, then walked away.
That’s when I said ‘screw it’ and walked out, very audibly muttering something about zombies.

I just got back from omvfastlane in person because apparently omv and dmv do not communicate so my DL renewal cost me double to get a duplicate (state mailed my new tag sticker/registration right to me right away, 2 months and not a thing on DL).
Anyway, I get the last laugh as I was too stoned to drive so Mom took me, and my new DL photo? Yeah that IS my vape pen in my front shirt pocket.
Do we really need me to get into the zombie hordes after mentioning expresslane. org??

Pretty much same experience for me last two of three visits at Wendys--Laplace & Winnsboro; Opelousas Wendys on 08-30-23 was fastest and friendliest I have encountered since before COVID.
