$600k is still around 5% of his total gross income from his football earnings this season and 8.5% of his net earnings. That $600k is also in addition to the 1.6 million he's already donated (and that's just through his foundation). Do most people you know donate upwards of 10% of their net take-home pay to charity? Him having donated over 2 million of his earnings in the short time he's been in the league is not an insignificant amount
