No, the entire “premise” is spelled out in the indictment, along with the list of statues under which he is being charged. None of those statues are related to his “opinion” of the election.
Regardless, in what universe is it desirable to have a president who either knowingly lies about election fraud, or is too petulant or too stupid to accept the results and advice of the people he hired?

after trump knowingly lied,
he has asked to be reinstated without further ado and btw just ignore the constitution because MASSIVE FRAUD (WINK, WINK. presentation Monday).
