so assuming you are working in operations? if so you have plenty of damn time to cook at work. even if not, buy pre-cooked meals

how about dont worry about doing CF....since you have time constraints do the following

get a pullup bar
get a set of gymnastic rings
set of bands

10 min warmup-
1) 25 broom stick shoulder dislocates
2) Bear crawl -20 yards
3) reverse bear crawl 20 yards
4) crab walk- 10 yards
5) duck walk- 10 yards
6) 50 banded face pulls
7) 100 strict jumping jacks

10-15min circuit- as many rounds as possible

1)ring pushups- 10 reps
2) Chin ups- 5 reps
3) Air Squats- 15-20 reps
4) ring rows- 10 reps
5) Walking lunges or rev lunges- 10 reps each leg

20-25 min and you can easily do this 3-4x per week

stop using time as an excuse

This. There are many places now that will do good, healthy meals for you for about $75-$100 week.

I buy 18 meals from Factor about every other week and they are awesome.

I supplement them with home cooked stuff so I'm not dropping $150 every week, but $300-$325 for 36 great meals per month is a deal.

Trifecta sucks, don't try them. Bland AF and you will be hungry within an hour or two.
