why do you think this is?

Because I have eyeballs

could it be he stretched his skin out to the point that it no longer has its elasticity?

He wasn't that obese to begin with. Fat but not morbidly obese. It looks awful.
quote:

could it be he doesn't prioritize protein and doesn't lift progressively?

He's probably eating 1800 'calories' of carbs and sugars
quote:

you should know principally i agree with you but reality is a bitch and obviously just screaming eat less, eat more protein and exercise is not working.

We both know exercise isn't rocket science. You don't even have to go to a gym. You can walk 30 mins a day 5 to 6 days a week eating 2 Subway sandwiches full of processed meats and cheese and lose weight. People make this too hard by being lazy or just wanting to try the newest 'fad'.

in the end I would much rather see a bunch of skinny fat people walking around with saggy tits than a bunch of fat fricks taking up 2 seats on an airplane and saggy tits.

These people would look (and feel) much better if they just had some/any semblance of self control and a regimented diet and exercise program. Doesn't have to be exotic or fancy.

also in the long run this helps our medical system and hopefully insurance cost.

Two biggest burdens on American Healthcare system are the Obese/Diabetics and Illegal Immigrants who use Hospitals or Hospital Emergency Rooms as their Primary Care Doctor(s). I agree we need less fatties but I don't think the answer is a bunch of wonder drugs that when you stop using them will revert back to what you were. Who knows how 'healthy' or 'safe' these are long term. Its no different than the guy that pounds anabolics/hGH/peptides for years and then stops. He will lose most (not all) the gains and be left with a t axis that is completely out of whack an endocrine system that is out of whack and 'muscles' that have atrophied and look silly. I'm all for people bettering themselves but these things are going to wreck a lot of people once they stop. Its not sustainable.

sounds like he was high bf% and didnt have much muscle to begin with

exactly prolly way less than 1800 though. prolly 1200. they actually have lots of doctors that prescribe to 1200 calories and most never mention protein.

the ones prescribing the shot just suggest exercise, no mention of what, in what dose etc. they never refer to a strength coach but know dog shite themselves

same with diet..they suggest caloric deficit. no guidance etc and never a referral to a RD or nutrition coach despite teh MD not knowing shite themselves

oh i agree. simple 2x per week lifting and getting 10k steps in is going to be plenty for 90% of people

i agree and the medicine does do that. makes them quit having the "food noise" that so many claim to have

agree but these are drugs most essentially are going to take for life. very similar to trt. They just reduce the dosage over time.

we have lots of data actually. GLP-1 is not some new drug. been around for like 7-8 years now and we know the modes of operation and pretty much all the side effects as the research community has been studying GLP and its antagonist for over a decade now

its just new for fatloss

agreed but you dont get off of this. its more akin to getting TRT and GH prescribed....titrating up the dose along with lifting until you get the look you like, then slowly lowering to maintenance dose.

thats what you dont understand and many dont. many times these are lifetime drugs but even if not, this isnt the endocrine system with rebounds and shut downs etc

you can come off these drugs and maintain the weight but that is only for people that use the new shrunken stomach as a jump start for a healthier life. similar to the surgeries.

many will bounce back if they get off because they didnt learn good habits. thats why i say its a lifetime drug.
