why do you think this is? could it be he stretched his skin out to the point that it no longer has its elasticity?
could it be he doesn't prioritize protein and doesn't lift progressively?
you should know principally i agree with you but reality is a bitch and obviously just screaming eat less, eat more protein and exercise is not working.
in the end I would much rather see a bunch of skinny fat people walking around with saggy tits than a bunch of fat fricks taking up 2 seats on an airplane and saggy tits.
also in the long run this helps our medical system and hopefully insurance cost.

Are there any subcutaneous vs visceral fat loss stats?

Because I have eyeballs

He wasn't that obese to begin with. Fat but not morbidly obese. It looks awful.

He's probably eating 1800 'calories' of carbs and sugars

We both know exercise isn't rocket science. You don't even have to go to a gym. You can walk 30 mins a day 5 to 6 days a week eating 2 Subway sandwiches full of processed meats and cheese and lose weight. People make this too hard by being lazy or just wanting to try the newest 'fad'.

These people would look (and feel) much better if they just had some/any semblance of self control and a regimented diet and exercise program. Doesn't have to be exotic or fancy.

Two biggest burdens on American Healthcare system are the Obese/Diabetics and Illegal Immigrants who use Hospitals or Hospital Emergency Rooms as their Primary Care Doctor(s). I agree we need less fatties but I don't think the answer is a bunch of wonder drugs that when you stop using them will revert back to what you were. Who knows how 'healthy' or 'safe' these are long term. Its no different than the guy that pounds anabolics/hGH/peptides for years and then stops. He will lose most (not all) the gains and be left with a t axis that is completely out of whack an endocrine system that is out of whack and 'muscles' that have atrophied and look silly. I'm all for people bettering themselves but these things are going to wreck a lot of people once they stop. Its not sustainable.
