I have been using the VTS Frog for 3 years and have been happy with it. Battery lasts all night and is plenty bright. I never use my hard hat style wired light anymore. I also had the VTS 5 watt but the beam was too narrow in my opinion. It hardly ever got used and crapped out on me after 2 years. If I was buying again I would get another Frog.
