All you gotta do is get a cup big enough to cover the wasps nest. Pour enough gas in the bottom of the cup where the gas comes up about an inch or two at the bottom. Hold the cup over the wasps nest to the building that the nest is on. The fumes from the gas will make them dizzy and they will fall into the gas at the bottom. And die instantly. You're welcome. Yeah, until one straggler spots you, pops you on the back of the neck, making you jump and drop the cup, getting gas in your yelling mouth, as you get chased away beating your own self half to death to get the survivors off of you.

Pro Tip: Keep some straw or hay around to immediately chew on. It will absorb the gas from your mouth and keep it from poisoning you.

Why waste expensive gas? Water with dawn dishwashing detergent will kill them dead in a hurry

Soap and water suffocates them too. Have to be able to soak / saturate the wasps with the soap solution.

Hairspray will make their wings sticky and they will fall to the ground. I’ve sprayed a live nest (a little scary), and they fell out and I smashed them. Works better for an individual wasp that gets in the house.
