Someone from GA needs to confirm this but Laura Loomer reported on War Room this morning the GA legislature passed legislation earlier this year giving the governor the power to remove overtly politicized prosecutors from office.
If this is true Kemp is every bit the POS many have claimed he is.

It's not up to Kemp, the law he signed created a commission. And it's currently tied up in court.

Ironically, the commission to review local prosecutors was passed because they weren't being aggressive enough in their prosecutions.
The law is being challenged on Constitutional grounds. I don't expect it to be enforceable for a while, if ever.
