You can almost see the wheels turning.

"This shite again?!? Damn, wait...they're doing it? If I don't raise my hand, I'll get hammered for wanting Trump in prison. Now it's been 6 seconds...frick."

And you know if he'd have kept his hand down and tried to answer the question using words, the board would be using that photo as proof he wants Trump in jail.

But yeah, it's "looks" bad for sure.
