Not voting does not bug me at all. That is a pretty silly litmus test in my opinion

For a normal person maybe but not a guy wanting MY vote. He was so disinterested in the process he didn't bother?
I'm also not a fan of someone just forming hard core political opinions out of the blue. Not saying you can't evolve them, but seemingly going form apolitical to Rand Paul is, um...worrisome for me.
