Yeah, there’s some truth to that. But those people treat politics like cheering for a football team. There are just as many democrat voters who do that. It’s just that the average person doesn’t follow politics all that closely and votes the way their neighbors and friends do. Trump energizing these people (unfortunately on both sides) is an outlier. But all the young conservatives coming out of high school are in agreement about where the country needs to go, and it’s not in an establishment/GOO way. Even Nate Hochman, who came up through traditional conservative training structures, worked for the National Review, Jonah Goldberg, and DeSantis, ended up getting fired for posting that Nazi meme. That’s who the young republicans are now, not Nazis obviously, but let’s say sympathetic to Nazis. That’s what the party is going to be in a decade

No shite. I already said the DEMs aren't as cohesive as many Patriots on this board project.

They just don't have a candidate trying to burn it all down if he doesn't win. Again, I pointed out the difference in Bernie Sanders and Trump and how they treat their in-party competition. Bernie also ran on ideas and not just attacking people randomly, so any sting of his positions doesn't linger with those people on the other end of the attacks.

This will change with the wind in time, too. I bet most end up back on the libertarianism train in time, once Trumpism and its huge government fades away.

I don't understand the Trump no war line. We were involved in war every day of his presidency. Everything Trump accomplished was a McConnell idea, even right down to whom he should nominate for SC justices. Had any republican won in 2016, the political accomplishments that you claim Trump are responsible for would have all happened. We may have even accomplished getting rid of Obamacare if Trump hadn't made it so personal with McCain.
