And I wasn't arguing with you, just explaining what side effects I am seeing.
Haven't had acne since 2004. I track all calories/salt/water I consume. I weigh everything. I had 5% body weight fluctuation a few weeks in, and then shed it in the following week. I assume water weight as that would be one big deuce
yea all good, its pretty common first 8 weeks or so to have the extra water until levels stablize. i assume you shed the water by now, especially with an AI

@777 I have no commitment to the Anastrozole one way or the other. Was just concerned about the higher than normal estrogen.
well with your bodyfat levels may need to stay on it a little longer just to make sure you dont get a rebound effect. if you are not hurting in the joints, errections not an issue(doesnt seem to be) , muscle fatigue...should be fine.
as you lose the bodyfat, and get below 20%, slowly start lowering that dose.

I finally got the deadlift platform at the new house.
It's been minute, but after a brief warm up, I cranked out some decent weight with zero straining.
It will be interesting to see what my recovery is like these days with higher test and an infinitely better diet/lifestyle than I had in my 20s.
Just slwoly rehabbing two destroyed shoulders at the moment. One is responding well. One is not... Which will likely mean surgery in the long term.
