It has become somewhat of a shite show since the state has taken over... Locals are becoming frustrated and starting to question the decisions being made. Lots of people calling for help all over my Facebook feed last night and people sharing stories of how roads are being blocked preventing anyone from helping.

Imagine that, big government shitting down its leg. State officials must have directed admins to bury the story. Hence no sticky.

I don’t blame relief workers joking around some in a big situation like this - anyone who’s ever worked something of a huge magnitude like this understands the mentality- sometimes you gotta joke to get through it, it’s a coping mechanism
