Exactly. With the exception of modern medicine, I'd be willing to live in the 1800s and do without a lot of things. At least nobody could commit property crimes against me and get away with it. No tent cities, or bums doing intravenous drugs on the street which also doubles as their latrine. No free stuff for people who aren't legally here.
