“Rusbi Arael Chilel-Perez was charged with first-degree kidnapping, first-degree attempted rape, driving under the influence, public intoxication and attempting to elude. He was booked into the Lee County Jail without bond.”
“Auburn police received a report on Saturday about a sexual assault that occurred near the intersection of North College Street and West Magnolia Avenue. The victim reported being assaulted earlier that day. She said a man she didn't know tried to interact with her while she was in the downtown area.”

Easy bud.
There’s a line that should not be crossed.

you'd prefer it be someone that opposes open borders and shipping criminals to red states?
I mean, there's already a victim, so it's not like wishing ill on anyone.
eta: apologies if i missed sarcasm. my meter is broken.

Effects of the Border Policy
Your article does not indicate that he is in this country illegally, so I skimmed four additional articles about this incident. NONE of them report that he is illegally in this country.
Perhaps you have additional information, establishing him as an illegal. Perhaps you can share it with the class.
Or did you just see a Latino-sounding name and make that assumption?

Yeah, it’s called our southern border

We should be able to sue the US Govt when an illegal creates any crime

That’s enough for me.

I missed the part of the article that stated his immigration status.
We all know that under Biden we basically have no southern border. You don't have to go pulling shite out of thin air to make the point.

Where did I say he was illegal? He can be legal, but it’s still a shitty policy that we have all the way around.

He allegedly sped away from authorities, but they caught him after he crashed.
Are we sure he wasn't an illegal Chinese woman?

1) OA News is not going to print his immigration status.
2) I didn’t say he was illegal.
3) I didn’t say anything about Biden. The border policy has been shitty for decades. It’s been better under some presidents than others, but overall, it’s been shitty compared to almost every other country on the planet.

Then if he was legal and lived all his life in Alabama, how in the ever loving frick did border policy effect Auburn in this case?
This is what happens when a fricktard realizes he's made a fool out of himself and then tries to save face.

Now you're just being a fricktard. Your dumbass thread title said that the border policy specifically impacted Auburn in this specific case.
Why don't you go try to find a couple of fricking brain cells to rub together before you start another thread?

You can be legal and not be born here. Good Lord, man, this shouldn’t be that difficult.

Even on this board, it's rare to find such fricking stupidity.
YOU are the one who said that the border policy impacted Auburn in THIS CASE.
NOTHING in the article you link even hinted at this being a result of the border policy.
You are one monumentally stupid motherfricker. Give up already.

It did. You’re a Bama grad, so I’m sure it’s tough on you. Maybe read a thread about your favorite coloring book.

Some guy with a Latino-sounding name is alleged to have been involved in a crime, and you jumped straight to "border policy."
ol' Rusbi could be a 5th-generation citizen, for all we know based upon the reporting to date.

That's a fairly common name from Opelika Alabama.
