No one hates him. He didn’t play up to his star status. He was given every opportunity here, including starting as a true freshman. He may end up being one of those guys who is a better coach than player. As as junior with almost two seasons of experience he started the 2016 season by going 12/21 with two pics against Wisconsin. One was inside the 20. He had LF7 in the backfield, who was the best play action decoy ever. Guy wasn’t accurate and couldn’t read defenses. The next week against Jacksonville St (FCS opponent) he went 1/4 and had to relieved by Danny Etling. He didn’t play much after that at LSU. He went to UNC the next year where he competed 49% of his passes with a 1TD/8 INT ratio before being benched. Guy just couldn’t play at the college level.
