I wonder if they will benefit from the 5 year Industrial Tax Exemption then re-file for the 5 year extension thus avoiding property taxes for a decade?

Ok so don’t give the exemption and the plant goes to Texas and get no tax revenue or delay gratification for 10 years and get shite load of jobs, sales tax revenue and then in 10 years get another big swell of taxes.
