I think you’re right. He literally came out of nowhere yesterday. I’ve seen this video shared on every social platform by friends. Was sent a text to check it out too. Anything written about him was from yesterday. His marketing agent did a fabulous job.

Honestly it doesn’t sound like anything groundbreaking. Same vein as Childers and Bryan.

Gaucho, I agree with a lot of your takes, but not this one. That guy didn't just pick up that guitar and start playing and singing like that yesterday. It's not hard stuff, but he's put some time into getting it right.
Now, I do agree that me seeing this, is the result of a mass marketing campaign. I'm gonna wait and see what happens next, but this is pretty damn good.
The guy's had some struggles, it's obvious to me, but I don't know what they were yet.
Look at how those dogs are behaving.
