I have a friend that lives in Brooklyn in a house very similar to that, a little bigger, he isn't with UPS but he is Teamsters, drives one of those big waste compacting trucks, they didn't buy the house, inherited it, if they ever want to sell that's a pretty good retirement fund right there, three stories and a basement, great location
