K & B’s were all over the New Orleans area.
Thats where everyone went.
There werent many Woolworths.
But the one on Canal by the Saengar had a great bakery that made amazing donuts. They had a lunch counter too, but I think they took it out in the 80’s.
I want to say that big Woolworth on Canal closed around Katrina. Not 100% sure.
