What to pay a young adult or teenager?

What to pay a teenager to come to my house twice a week to check on my house, bring in & out the trash cans and other duties that can be done.

If the kid is a neighbor that's walking over from a few houses away and they're only going to be there for a few minutes each time, around $20 a week seems fair.
If they have to drive over, probably at least $30 a week...depending on how long of a drive it is.

Not sure on price, but another duty that can be done is offer garbage can cleaning service

Depends on what this entails, but if driving there I would say $20 per trip if just bringing up cans and checking on house. We pay someone to come to our house and feed/water the dogs when we are out of town. We pay $20 per trip.
