Aquariums that allow kids (under 5) to interact with penguins

Long shot here. Thanks for the help in advance.
The miniature version of my wife wants to meet a penguin, but all of the aquariums that we researched have a cutoff at 5 and sometimes 4 years old to interact with any animals.
Anyone know if there is a way for a 3 year old to see and interact with a penguin on the gulf coast?

Moody Gardens in Galveston. Wife took daughter a few years ago and she enjoyed it. Here’s info from their site.
Public Penguin Encounter
Go behind the scenes with our biologist and meet a real penguin! In this 45-minute session, you'll start in the food prep kitchen and the back of the exhibit while discussing penguin biology, conservation, training, enrichment and care. You'll even witness a penguin creating a painting as part of the animal's enrichment activity.
Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis to be purchased at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time. An Aquarium Pyramid ticket purchase is required. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Children 3 and under are free.
Public Penguin Encounters are offered daily throughout the summer season and Wed-Sun in the off season. Each public encounter has 10 tickets available with ticket sales closing 15 minutes prior to the event. The encounter is approximately 45 minutes in duration. Guests are to meet the keeper at the South Atlantic exhibit at 1 pm.

There is an outdoor aquarium in fort Walton that has penguins. Pay for a penguin meet and greet. Don’t think there was an age limit

Gulfarium in Okaloosa Island/ Destin and you are correct. They have a penguin "encounter" where you pay extra to interact with them. I'm not sure what all is done, and to be honest OP 3 is pretty young as far a liability reason so I'm not sure. But they are generally very nice so I'd call and see what they say.
