Don’t really see that happening unless congress decides to insert themselves into NIL. I thinks it’s more realistic to have football branch off into an independent sport not governed by the NCAA.

A highly visible, grand scale unimportant item that can easily be screwed up more? Of course Congress is going to get involved. It'll probably take a high profile case of one of these kids not paying taxes, but that should be coming sooner than later.
